This Sunday (7th May) saw the second edition of the Cardiff Animation Nights strand of the Cardiff International Film Festival.

Slurpy Producer, Aaron Wood, was honoured to be asked to judge on this year’s jury, which included: Jaye Pilling, Alexi Wheeler, Rebecca Manley, and Darren Dubicki.

The Best Animation award went to Rafael Sommerhalder for “Au Revoir Balthazar”, with a special mention going to Chris Shepherd’s “Johnno’s Dead”.
