Where personal information resides
Website form submissions (Contact form and Project Enquiry form):
This data is emailed to one email address (email@example.com); the original email is therefore stored on our webmail server, with a copy sent to a Gmail account. Additionally, each form submission will be backed up in our website database, using the Gravity Forms (WordPress) plugin. Every 6 months, we delete all original emails on our webmail server, plus the backed up version in our website database. The only version which is usually kept after this will be the one sent to the Gmail account.

This web-based database is hosted on a secure, private URL. We do not regularly delete this data, as it it stored until the time comes that a position/job opportunity arises for said person.
We use Mailchimp to collect names and emails from users who opt-in to subscribe to our newsletter. The whole process is handled by Mailchimp and we do not collect this data anywhere else. This data will be stored indefinitely, unless the user unsubscribes or requests us to delete their data.
